Here’s how to get here – You can look for the Palm Tree in the Front Yard and the Signs on the front and Lane Street sides of the building.

Our address is 2100 Lane Street, Kannapolis, NC 28083. It is located on the corner of Lane Street and Wright Avenue – at the traffic signal on Lane Street between I-85 (exit 63 – toward Kannapolis, past the Cannon-Fieldcrest Stadium) and 29. From 29 heading north, turn right onto Lane Street at the traffic light (CVS on the corner). We are 1.5 miles down the street on the right at the traffic light. From I-85, take exit 63 toward Kannapolis and we are on the left approximately 1 mile from the interstate past the flashing light (at China Grove Road). Parking for the hospital is located off Wright Avenue, so turn onto Wright Avenue and immediately turn left into the parking area. We are diagonally across the intersection from the Lane Street Grill (a great lunch spot!) and our location should be very easy to access from just about anywhere.
